Education and Skills experts are looking at how to ensure Doncaster’s young people have the qualifications and skills needed to land future jobs being created across the borough – and they need your help.
The independent Education and Skills Commission led by a top team of national education and skills experts has started work in the borough. It aims to help raise attainment levels and make sure that local young people have the skills, abilities and qualifications needed to succeed and to help them secure the jobs of the future.
The commission is now gathering evidence from local people, including parents, businesses, education and training providers, before putting forward its proposals for improvement in September and the Commission particularly wants to hear from parents and young people in Doncaster.
